Remove car door handles

Saturday, June 27, 2009 · 0 comments

This Photoshop car tutorial will teach you how to remove the door handles from a car. You need to use the clone stamp tool for this effect. This tutorial only requires three steps. I have used a free stock image of a car which is available from: everystockphoto.com

Remove car door handles

Step 1

Open an image of a car door in Photoshop.

Step 2

Select the clone stamp tool with an appropriate brush size. Then hold down the ALT key and click to take a sample of the door panel paint.
Now simply paint over the areas of the door handles, note you may have to take another sample.

If you have more than one door handle, you can repeat this step.

Step 3

Select the smudge tool with the strength at 40% and blend in the areas of the door handles. This will make the removed door handle look more realistic.

You should have a car with no car doors handles
