This car tutorial will teach you how to tint windows in Photoshop. I have used this effect to tint the windows in a black colour, but you could use any colour of tint. I have used a free stock image of a car which is available from: everystockphoto.com
Car Window tint effect
Step 1
Open an image of a car in Photoshop.
Step 2
Select the Polygon lasso and make a selection around the window areas. You can alternatively use the quick masks if you find it easier to use.
Step 3
Select Image > Adjustment > Hue/Saturation and adjust the lightness slider to your liking. I have set the slider to -58, but if you want a darker tint you can decrease the slider.
You should now have a window tint effect
