Shiny wheel rims
Step 1
Open an image of a car in Photoshop. I have used an image of a Audi, but you can use any images you wish.
Step 2
Insert a new layer by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N on the keyboard. Then select the Brush tool with an appropriate size and white colour. Also change the mode to lighten and the opacity to 50% as shown in the image below.

Step 3
Now carefully paint over the areas of the rims. If you make a mistake you can use the eraser tool.

Step 4
On the layers panel, change the blending option to overlay. If your shiny effect is too bright you can lower the opacity.

You should now shiny wheel rims.
